NITROGEN GENERATOR PSA TECHNOLOGY
Nitrogen generator PSA system offer cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative nitrogen gas supply by producing nitrogen gas from compressed air. The technology behind it are the two columns with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). Pre-treated compressed air then flows through the CMS. Throughout the process, filtration of other gases takes place, leaving only nitrogen gases to pass through. There are two separating columns, one is active & another is inactive. The active column is in a pressurized state but when the pressure is released, the column becomes inactive and completely regenerates while the other column becomes active. At the end of cycle they switch roles.
Additionally, our nitrogen generator psa comes in standard models with user-friendly touchscreen control. Our design aims to provide continuous supply of nitrogen gas 24/7 with customizable amount of purity based on customer’s requirements.
