What Does A Complete Nitrogen System Needs?

For small and medium sized factories, we provide a complete nitrogen system end-to-end with PSA system. The services includes installation, commission and operating it.

We provide large factories a full complete PSA system solution or a Basic System service. Altogether, we design an ideally sized solution based on the needs and requirements of the business.

For Basic System service, our team of experts will provide a detailed installation drawing plan. Furthermore, we will guide your installation team on the installation process. Also, we will determine how the equipments will be managed to best achieve cost efficiency and maximized output.

Estimated time of installation ranges from:

  1. Small system – half a day installation.
  2. Medium systems – one week installation.
  3. Large system – 4 weeks installation.

  • Basic: System Service

    We provide the general drawings for pipe layout. With that, your operators can perform installation in accordance to the general drawings. Subject to meeting our specifications, you may choose B&C.

  • Standard: Complete Nitrogen System

    The most common package, usually the most cost effective in terms of CAPEX.

  • Advanced: Complete Nitrogen System

    The most cost effective CAPEX and OPEX for mid and large range systems.
